About me

My name is Andrea Agatha. I am an artist who works mostly with illustration, printmaking, sound and textile. I am currently a student at the National Academy of the Arts in Oslo. Here I am doing the two-year Master's program in medium- and material-based art, specifically in printmaking and drawing. I also have a master's degree in English Literature.

 

My art is heavily inspired by the concept of abject art, and I am especially fascinated by the body and our relationship to it. The artistic process is important to me, and I love to work with my entire body. My art is tactile, audible and uncomfortable to reflect upon.
